Structured progression
Every subject has a written scope and sequence. Students always know what they've mastered and what comes next.

Since 2021OneFocus Academy began with one tutor, one laptop and a simple frustration: excellent teaching existed, but it was priced and located for a small handful of families. We rebuilt it to travel.
Our founders were teaching in Kerala while their own relatives raised children in Dublin, Melbourne and Toronto — children who were slipping out of touch with their mother tongue and struggling to find affordable subject tuition at a sensible hour.
What started as a handful of evening classes over video call in 2021 became a structured academy with three departments, a vetted tutor bench and a curriculum team. The founding conviction hasn't moved: a student anywhere deserves the same quality of attention as a student down the road from a good grind school.
Today OneFocus teaches students across nine countries, prices every region independently, and still runs the first class free — because parents should be able to judge the teaching before they judge the invoice.
“We wanted to build the academy we wished existed for our own nieces and nephews — patient, affordable, and awake at the right hour.”— Founding team, OneFocus Academy
They sound simple. Holding all four at once is the hard part, and it's what our curriculum team is measured on.
